Mumbai: Nemetschek Group India today announced that Bluebeam, its solution for construction document collaboration and workflow automation, is now listed on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), the Government of India's official public procurement portal.
With this listing, central and state government departments, public sector undertakings, autonomous bodies, and other GeM-registered buyers can procure Bluebeam Complete annual subscriptions directly through the portal.
Why this matters for public sector projects
On any construction project, drawing revisions, RFIs, punch lists, quantity takeoffs, and site markups pass between design consultants, contractors, and the owner's engineering teams. Keeping every party working from the current version of a document set is a long-standing challenge in that exchange.
Bluebeam gives those teams a shared digital workspace for construction documents. The GeM listing covers a per-user, one-year subscription to the Enterprise Edition, with 2D drawing markup, data management for design, file interoperability across import and export standards, and version control with revision history. It is delivered by digital download and includes a year of OEM support covering patches, bug fixes, and version upgrades.
Procurement made simpler
Until now, departments interested in Bluebeam had to route the purchase through their own vendor onboarding and tendering processes. The GeM listing removes that friction: the product is catalogued, priced, and available for on-portal purchase, with the audit trail and compliance that GeM procurement is built around.
Bluebeam subscriptions are available now on GeM.
